Lost horse

Its been a while, i was looking through artbook's of Guild Wars and Warhammer. All inspired i started sketching that evening . i started off with some lines and started giving form to it n after few moments i knew i was making a horse.

This might be a lost horse of some brave warrior or king who might be dead in a battle but his journey is not over yet!

Value, Fabric and Life Drawings Studies

Here is some work i've been doing at university lately. Its not the kind of drawing style i am used to but learned alot while working on them, specially "Patience". Trust me it takes a while to do rendering. All the drawings are done with charcoal n most of them were on 24"x32" newsprint.

One evening my roommate comes in n tells me tht he has to draw a four legged underwater hybrid animal as a part of his assignment...... n he wanted me to draw with him so we could xplore more ideas !!......so this is my version of tht hybrid animal ......... Tentaqua!....

A year at Vancouver Film School was really tough. Loads of assignments n deadlines to keep up with can be stressful sometimes. So i came up with this exercise of starting my day by drawing what makes me happy n then getting on to my assignments..........sharing few of those artworks with u now!

i did this quick color sketchs to catch the mood n atmosphere of the story.

I am still doing the initial design work for it.....will post new designs when they are done!
